Rate limits
How many calls you can make, and what happens at the limit.
Limits keep the API fast for everyone. They are per credentials, so one busy customer never uses up another's allowance.

| API calls | 120 a minute for each set of credentials |
| Token requests | 30 a minute for each IP address |
Over the limit you get a 429 with a Retry-After header (in seconds). Wait, then continue. Cache your token for its hour instead of fetching one per call, and prefer webhooks to polling. Need more? Tell us what you are building through the contact page.
